This policy statement covers information collected by 1368194 Ontario Ltd. O/A Amazon Health Care. including all its associated group of web sites and services.  Products and services are purchased via the www.amazonhealthcare.com site operated by www.iSeventy.com.

Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the products.  Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties.  amazonhealthcare.com does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except for reminder notices for continuing purchase of its products by it customers).

Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed by CHASE Paymentech and PayPal.  A professional payment authorization service was chosen for added security and reliability.  Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes.  Information from these transactions is not released to third parties.  amazonhealthcare.com does not maintain a copy of the credit card information on its servers.

Security:  We have attempted to take all reasonable steps to have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in place to protect personal information gathered through our Website. This includes compliance with related federal regulations and may include use of industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Website, and you do so at your own risk.

Web Site Log Files: We site log files are generated that collect the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited.  Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.

Advertising reports are generated that show the IP addresses of visitors who clicked on ads.  This information may be sent to the advertiser to confirm the number of "click-throughs."  The advertiser normally already has this information as a result of the user clicking on the advertisement.  No additional information about the visitor is supplied to the advertiser.  The log files are eventually deleted.

The web store uses cookies that keep track of items ordered.  A user does not have to supply any personal information unless they decide to complete an order and pay via credit card.  Orders can also be printed and paid by mail or fax without entering any information.  These cookies are not used for any other purpose.

Mailing Lists: amazonhealthcare.com may maintain subscription mailing lists. All users must confirm their subscriptions via return e-mail.  Users are never added based on requesting information, making a purchase, or forgetting to uncheck some box during ordering.
